These Terms of Use govern promotional codes and App Store offer codes (“Promo Codes”) that may be issued for CartPro on the Apple App Store.
1. Scope
These terms apply to Promo Codes issued for CartPro. By redeeming a Promo Code, you agree to these Terms of Use.
2. Type of Promo Codes
Depending on the promotion, Promo Codes may provide free or discounted access to CartPro Pro (subscription or lifetime), time-limited trials, or other feature unlocks. Promo Codes have no cash value, are non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for money.
3. Redemption
- Redeemed through the Apple App Store / Apple ID flows (including in-app redemption where available)
- Valid only where CartPro is available
- May require meeting the app’s age rating and Apple’s terms
Unless otherwise stated, Promo Codes cannot be combined with other Promo Codes.
4. Validity Period
Each Promo Code includes a limited redemption period. Once expired, it becomes invalid. Extensions are not available.
5. Transfer
Promo Codes may be shared free of charge. Sale, trade, or commercial distribution is prohibited.
6. Liability
Promo Codes are issued voluntarily. CartPro is not liable for technical issues during redemption, App Store outages, or delays in unlocking entitlements.
7. Abuse
Misuse, manipulation, or automated redemption may invalidate codes and lead to exclusion from future promotions.
8. Data Protection
Redemption is processed in line with our Privacy Policy, Apple’s privacy practices, and (where applicable) RevenueCat.
9. Reservation of Rights
CartPro reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue Promo Codes at any time without prior notice.
