Terms of Use for Promotional Codes

These Terms of Use govern the use of voucher and promotional codes (“Promo Codes”) redeemable within the Google Play version of CartPro.


1. Scope

These terms apply to all Promo Codes issued by CartPro. By redeeming a Promo Code, the user agrees to be bound by these Terms of Use.


2. Type of Promo Codes

Depending on the specific promotion, Promo Codes may provide:

  • free downloads of the app,

  • free in-app items,

  • time-limited trials or feature unlocks.

Promo Codes have no cash value, are non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for money or credit.


3. Redemption

Promo Codes:

  • may only be redeemed through the Google Play Store,

  • are valid only in countries where the app is available,

  • may require the user to meet a minimum age rating associated with the app or related content.

Unless otherwise stated, Promo Codes cannot be combined with other Promo Codes.


4. Validity Period

Each Promo Code includes a limited redemption period. Once this period expires, the Promo Code becomes invalid. Extensions are not available.


5. Transfer

Promo Codes may be shared free of charge. The sale, trade, or commercial distribution of Promo Codes is strictly prohibited.


6. Liability

Promo Codes are issued voluntarily and without legal obligation. CartPro is not liable for:

  • technical issues during redemption,

  • service outages or unavailability,

  • delays in the provision of in-app content.


7. Abuse

Any misuse, manipulation, or automated redemption of Promo Codes will result in immediate invalidation of the Promo Code and may lead to exclusion from future promotions.


8. Data Protection

When redeeming a Promo Code, personal data will be processed exclusively in accordance with our Privacy Policy. No data is sold or transferred to third parties.


9. Reservation of Rights

CartPro reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue Promo Codes at any time without prior notice.
